Health and Safety

Your Trainer has completed and holds a current certificate for emergency first aid at work approved by the Health and Safety Executive. If your Trainer conducts the Sessions/Classes on your premises you are responsible for providing a safe exercise environment. If it is your first time exercising with VFITEducation (VFITEd), please ensure you complete the Health Questionnaire and Waiver Form (https://vfiteducation.com/parq-waiver-form/). This is so the Trainer has the most up to date information about you, your health and your fitness level in order to provide the best level of training and service for you. If you have any underlying health conditions or you are pregnant, please inform the Trainer, before you participant in any VFIT Education Courses online or live.

Booking Your Courses

We recognise that the needs and circumstances of our customers have the potential to change and consequently we understand that we must be flexible in the way that we offer our services.

VFIT Education offer respectful and generous booking/payment systems for all of our loyal customers. We simply ask that you afford us the same respect in making bookings/payments timely and in full.

Bookings for a course may be placed online using Swipe and Paypal or over the phone with all major credit cards. Please note that our offices are open Mon – Fri from 9am – 5.00pm. Should you require specific help please do call between these hours on 07565317246.

Payment

VFIT Education  accepts all major debit and credit cards and cheque payments made to: ‘VFIT Education’. Cards will be authorised and charged at the time of order.

Credit card Security, Delivery, and out of stock items

You can rest assured knowing that your transaction  is completely safe and secure when purchasing our courses. Your purchase is made via Swipe or Paypal or dealt with by VFITEd Staff. We do not store credit card details nor do we on any occasion share details with any 3rd parties.   VFITEd aims to confirm bookings and ship all items within 48hours unless the item is out of stock. In the event of this happening you will receive notification from our team as soon as is possible. Should items be no longer available due to unprecedented demand, VFITEd will offer you a choice of refund or alternative product, to the value of the purchase. Please note that our office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellations Policy therefore exists to inform our customers and potential customers how and when we will accept cancellations, including any refunds that may or may not be due.

• Our cancellation policy has been written to comply with the entirety of the Consumer Rights Act (2015).
• If you cancel a Course within the Cooling-off Period (within 14 days of booking your course), you will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid within 14 days of receipt by us of all the materials supplied to you, provided that these are fit to be reused.
• If you cancel a Course after the end of the Cooling-off Period, but at least 28 days prior to the commencement of a Course, then you will be liable to pay a sum equal to the difference between the deposit paid and 50% of the total Course Fees.
• If you cancel a Course within 28 days of the commencement date of the Course then you are liable to pay all Course Fees.
• If your Commencement Date is within 14 days of the date of your booking is made, your legal right to cancel this agreement under the Consumer Contracts (information Cancellation & Additional charges) Regulations 2013 will not apply.
• If you use any of the Services provided by us, you waive your right to cancel your course.
• You cannot cancel your course after your Commencement date.

Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you start to use our services during the cancellation period (i.e. if the course commences during the 14-day cancellation period) and/or if you access the course materials via our online course spaces (i.e. via our virtual learning environment), no refund will be payable.

Cancellation by VFIT Education

Please note that a minimum number of candidates are required for each course and as such VFIT Education reserves the right to cancel or change course or module dates at short notice. In the unlikely event that a course or module is cancelled, candidates will be transferred to the next available course date.  Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our courses VFIT Education reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course.  If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.

Non-Attendance

A cancellation charge of the full course or module fee will be applied if you fail to attend your booked course without prior notice to VFIT Education.
